Terre Haute, In. – Sixty-two-year-old Terry Smith has been booked into the Vigo County jail on a charge of Level 3 Aggravated Battery for allegedly stabbing his 78-year-old mother, Sondra Bramble. According to a release from the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office, the incident occurred following a domestic altercation and the victim’s injuries are not life-threatening. The Terre Haute Police Department assisted in detaining Smith, who remains in custody following the investigation.
