Clay County Giving Circles award grants to Community Theatre and Brazil Senior Center

BRAZIL, IND.The Clay County Guys Who Give and 100+ Women Who Care recently held their last meeting of 2022, where they each selected a nonprofit organization to receive a grant. The 100+ Women Who Care selected the Community Theatre of Clay County while the Guys Who Give selected the Brazil Senior Center.

The Community Theatre received $4,200 from 100+ Women Who Care. The donation will go towards their Young Actors Program. Young Actors is a program for children ages 6-18. One production is done each season, generally in the fall.

The Guys Who Give donated $1,900 to the Brazil Senior Center. The donation from Guys Who Give will be used for maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep. The Brazil Senior Center is a place where all can meet and have fun. They have cards three nights a week, music, and bingo among their activities.
