Rockville, In. – Rockville Police received a tip that Marcus Thomas-Armstrong wanted on an outstanding failure to appear warrant in Illinois was at a home on west Main Street in Rockville.  He was originally charged with Sexual Assault on a Child Greater Than Five Years Old. When police checked out the tip Armstrong’s girlfriend, Tiffany Anderson, told them he hadn’t been at that location for months.  After receiving a warrant, they searched the home and found Armstrong hiding in the attic.  Both Armstrong and Anderson were arrested and taken to jail.  Anderson was charges with assisting a criminal.
