Terre Haute, In. – Police have arrested 22-year-old Robert Delano following a Monday morning shooting at 25th and Locust Streets in Terre Haute. Delano was booked into the Vigo County Jail on Tuesday evening, facing preliminary charges of Attempted Murder and Aggravated Battery. Two victims were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and investigators continue to process evidence from the scene.
