Marshall, Illinois – Thursday after fire crews from the Marshall and Martinsville Fire Departments were dispatched to a fire in the 600 block of Plum Street in Marshall, Illinois. The fire started in a house and spread to an apartment building. A vehicle next to the house was also destroyed. Several families were displaced. The investigation continues as to the cause of the fire.
