Terre Haute, In. – On January 6th 40-year-old Josh Peak was stopped by the Terre Haute police for a traffic violation.. During the stop police found over and ounce marijuana inside Peaks vehicle. An investigation led police get a search warrant for Peaks home. The search turned up over $20,000 in cash, multiple firearms and more than 35 pounds of marijuana with an estimated street value of nearly $60,000. Peak was arrested on multiple felony and misdemeanor charges related to drug dealing, drug possession, and unlawful possession of firearms.
