Terre Haute, In. – As a part of the Urban Homescape Initiative Thrive West Central is collaborating with the city and ISU in a public-private partnership designed to transform underutilized properties…recently transferred from Indiana State University to the city…into high-quality residences. The initiative is a part of Thrives West Centrals Urban Homescape Initiative. The Initiative invites developers and home builders to propose innovative infill housing projects. Eligible sites may qualify for up to $6,500 per housing unit in infrastructure support through Thrive West Central’s funding resources. These homes are to be sold and are not eligible as rentals. Developers interested in participating in the initiative can find details on eligible parcels, program requirements, and application steps through Thrive West Central’s Housing Resource Hub.
