Terre Haute, In. – You may remember in the storms this summer power crews from all over the country rolled in to help restore power in the Wabash Valley. Now it’s time for payback.  Duke Energy crews headed to Florida to help in the aftermath of Hurricane Debby.  Duke Energy’s Rick Burger says, “we can mobilize them like an army wherever the need is.” Over 30,000 customers were affected by the hurricane and Burger says that as of this morning 90 % of them were back on.
