
Sullivan County, In. – Two individuals were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after the camper they were pulling was struck by a rogue utility trailer. According to Indiana State Police, a truck traveling on U.S. 41 lost its small utility trailer when it suddenly became disconnected from the vehicle. The loose trailer crossed the median and slammed into a second truck’s camper, knocking it sideways into the center strip. Emergency responders from the Sullivan Fire and Sheriff’s Departments assisted at the scene, which required a temporary lane closure for cleanup. Both victims were transported to Sullivan Community Hospital for treatment.
