Terre Haute, In. – A Vigo County judge has set August 3, as the trial date for Christopher Dixie, the Terre Haute man accused of murdering his cousin, Victor Lee. Dixie, who pleaded not guilty to murder and obstruction of justice during his initial hearing Monday, was arrested after Lee’s body was discovered in a pond on Darwin Road with fatal stab wounds earlier this month. Dixie remains held without bond at the Vigo County Jail and is scheduled to return to court for a status hearing on June 2nd.
