Terre Haute, In. – A Terre Haute man is in custody following a convenience store robbery early Tuesday morning. Police arrested 43-year-old John Miller shortly after midnight after responding to a report of a robbery at a convenience store near 25th Street and 8th Avenue. Officers from the Terre Haute Police Department located Miller nearby and took him into custody without further incident. A second individual was also detained at the scene on unrelated charges. Miller was transported to the Vigo County Jail and faces a felony charge of robbery.
