Terre Haute, In. – City officials say the long-awaited transformation of the municipal pool is officially on track. The city broke ground on the roughly $3.8 million project during the first week of this year, marking the start of a major overhaul that includes zero-depth entry, a new water playground, and the “Deming Dipper 2.0”.
