Terre Haute, In. – Major retail changes are coming to Terre Haute’s east side. Gibson Development Company confirmed Friday that it is finalizing details for a massive new project off Indiana 46. Executive Vice President Brian Kooistra says site work should begin this summer on the 25-acre property located north of Walmart. While a full roster of shops and restaurants is still being settled, real estate listings increasingly point to Target serving as the development’s anchor tenant.
