Dugger, In. – Dugger police investigated a suspicious vehicle in a cemetery on Saturday. During the investigation they found 19-year-old Landon Finnerty of Anderson was involved in a sexual relationship with minor he had met through social media. Finnerty was also found to have marijuana in his possession. He was arrested and booked into the Sullivan County Jail.
