Parke County, In. – Just after 9pm Monday Parke County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to Stanley Road in Rockville on a suspicious person report. The caller said a person was breaking into homes. When the deputies arrived they found the caller in the road with a flashlight but no sign of any break ins. Then the caller told the deputies that people were currently breaking into her house. When they checked the callers house they found Methamphetamine, Marijuana, and Paraphernalia in plain view. The caller, 68-year-old Denise Nichols of Rockville, was arrested and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Obstruction of Justice. Before being booked into the Parke County Jail she was transported to the hospital for medical evaluation.
