Two Arrests Made In Separate Gun Related Incidents On Tuesday

Terre Haute, In. – Tuesday Terre Haute Police Department apprehended two men in separate, unrelated incidents involving “serious violent felons” in possession of firearms. The first arrest occurred after a morning shooting in the 1500 block of 3rd Avenue. Victims reported being followed and shot at by a suspect in a vehicle. Police quickly located the suspect’s vehicle and determined Darryl Livingston had fled into a second vehicle, where he was eventually taken into custody. Later Tuesday afternoon, officers located Kevin Joyner while investigating a suspicious person report; Joyner, identified as a serious violent felon, was found to be illegally carrying a handgun. Both men were booked into the Vigo County Jail.
