Parke County, In. – Early Sunday morning Parke County Sheriff Deputies and First Responders were dispatched to a report of a singe vehicle accident on Coxville Road. When they arrived they found that a car had hit a tree and the driver was still inside the vehicle. The driver was identified as Justin Lutes of Montezuma. Lutes had to be extricated from the car and taken to Union Hospital Clinton for medical care and due to the smell of alcohol he had his blood drawn. The blood draw results showed that Lutes over the legal limit. Lutes was also found to be operating the vehicle while being suspended prior. He was booked into the Parke County Jail.
