Clay County Food Pantry Receives Gift Of nearly 2,000 lbs Of Pork

Clay County, In. – The Indiana Certified Indiana Bred Program (CIB) offers awards and financial incentives for exhibiting CIB purebred hogs at the Indiana State Fair. This year Clay County’s Sydney Loudermilk was the winner in Program and won the chance to donate $5,000 in pork to the food pantry of her choice. Sydney chose to donate the pork to Clay County Emergency Food Pantry. The pantry provides free food and clothing to residents in need in Clay County. The donation of 2,000 pounds of ground pork will arrive at the pantry Friday.
