Vigo County, In. – Just before 9:30 Saturday Morning the Vigo County Sheriff’s Office received a call concerning a pedestrian being hit at the LUV’s Truck Stop at US 41 and Harlan Drive. When deputies arrived they found a woman dead at the scene. Deputies say a truck was backing into parking space and backed over the woman. The truck driver tested negative for drugs and alcohol. The event is still under investigation.
