Terre Haute, In. – The new and improved intersection of 13^th and Wabash opened last week with new and extend left turn lanes on 13^th street. Many residents have watched the transformation take place throughout the summer and businesses in the area have endured the hardship of traffic rerouting and no parking signs. The work is not 100 % complete. The traffic signals are not functioning yet and traffic needs to be aware that the intersection is controlled by a four way stop sign.
