Terre Haute, In. – Back in April of this year a Terre Haute Police officer, on routine patrol, spotted and investigated a car parked after hours near the Dog Park in Fairbanks park. In the car he found 20-year-old Drake Hayne and two girls age 13 and 14. One of the girls was in a state of undress. No arrests were made that night but an investigation began. As the investigation wrapped up Hanyne was arrested this earlier week and charged with sexual misconduct with a minor and obscene performance, both felonies. Bond is set at $7,500 with no 10% allowed.
