Terre Haute, In. – Wilson Chavez, an illegal Immigrant construction worker, was in court Monday in Terre Haute. Chavez is accused of killing co-worker, Jaime Munoz at the Candlewood Suites Hotel in May. Both men shared a room at the hotel. Chavez is pleading not guilty. His defense attorney agreed to an initial trial date of Monday, August 11. The prosecution confirmed ongoing discovery might delay the trial. His defense waiting for discovery details before considering a plea agreement.
