Terre Haute, In. – Tuesday evening the Terre Haute Police responded to a report of a collision involving a Transcare Ambulance and two juveniles on bicycles at 13th & Wheeler.  When officers arrived the Transcare crew was administering medical aid to the juveniles. Both were transported to local hospitals for treatment. One of the juveniles died from their injuries the other was flown to an Indianapolis Hospital with life threatening injuries. The Fatal Accident Reconstruction Team and Detectives responded to the scene and are actively investigating the incident. At the time of the collision, the ambulance was on route to a separate emergency involving a single-vehicle accident with injury in the county.
