VIGO COUNTY, Indiana (DLC Media) – Vigo County Police finished a multiweek investigation into multiple reported child sex crimes. The investigation did lead to the arrest of the main suspect. 23-year-old Ethan Rubinacci is facing 5 different charges adding up to 24 counts (10 felony, 14 misdemeanor).
Charges Include:
2 Count’s Child Molesting Level 1 felony
2 Count of Sexual Misconduct with a minor Level 5 felony
6 Counts of Contributing to the delinquency of a minor Level 6 felony
2 Counts of Contributing to the delinquency of a minor Class A misdemeanor
8 Counts of Furnishing alcohol to a minor Class B misdemeanor
4 Counts of Dissemination of matter harmful to minors
