Vermillion County, In. – Around 10:30 Thursday morning Vermillion County Deputies and the Cayuga Town marshal were dispatched to check on a report of two men slumped over in a car in the Cayuga Burger King Parking Lot.  When they arrived, they found the two men sitting in a car with the motor running. The driver, identified as Justin E. Hill of Terre Haute, was unconscious but breathing. The passenger, Christian A. Campbell of Terre Haute was unconscious and not breathing. Both men were showing signs of a Heroin overdose. Narcan was administered to both individuals and as they began to show signs of recovery both were transported, by ambulance, to the hospital. After talking with the men, it was discovered that they had each snorted Heroin, off Hill’s cellphone screen through a rolled up $20.00 bill. Both Hall and Campbell were medically cleared at the hospital and then taken into custody and transported to the Vermillion County Jail for booking.
