Terre Haute, In. – A Special Judge will preside over the contested Vigo County School Board seat.  Eric Graves defeated Carey Labella in the recent election.  Labella has made the claim that Graves was not eligible because he doesn’t live in the district. Vigo County Judge Sarah Mullican recused herself, citing a conflict of interest. Judge Matthew Headley of Putnam County will preside over the case.
