West Central Indiana – Duke Energy gave out six grants Tuesday. The funds are designed to help out several emergency management organizations as well as workforce development organizations in and around the valley. A total of $47,000 was given out to the organizations. Among those receiving funds were the Putnam, Vigo, Owen, and Vermillion county Emergency Management Agencies.
