VIGO COUNTY, Ind. — He wasn’t wearing his seat belt. Now he’s in jail.

Indiana State Police say Kenneth Calvert of Terre Haute, who is a habitual traffic violator, was pulled over for not wearing a seat belt.

Police found meth and drug paraphernalia in the van, and soon noticed Calvert was under the influence of a controlled substance while driving.

He was taken to the Vigo County Jail and is facing multiple felonies and misdemeanors.
