<![CDATA[TERRE HAUTE, Ind – A trial date has been set for a Terre Haute man accused of voyeurism.
67-year-old David Powell allegedly took pictures over a bathroom stall with his phone camera at faces a preliminary charge of voyeurism with a camera.
Police say Powell allegedly took the pictures February 19th at Planet Fitness on West Honey Creek Drive.
A pretrial date is set for June 20th and his jury trial date is set for August 22nd.
