INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — The Indiana Gaming Commission on Friday approved the sale of the Majestic Star Casino boats to Spectacle Gaming.

The company seeks approval from the state Legislature to relocate one casino elsewhere in Gary and the other to Terre Haute, which is where Spectacle co-owner Greg Gibson lives.

No hearing on the matter has been scheduled.

Spectacle announced in November it would buy Majestic Star. The sale price hasn’t been disclosed.
