TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – A former Vigo County school bus driver who was arrested as part of the Terre Haute Police Department’s “Operation UNO” made his initial court appearance Friday.
69 year old Joseph Kuzmission Jr., is charged with felony child solicitation.
Kuzmission allegedly made contact with someone he thought was a teenage girl and sent her sexually explicit messages.
In reality he was texting an undercover police detective.
The Vigo County School Corporation fired Kuzmission after learning the circumstances of his arrest.
He is currently being held on $30,000 bond and will be back in court October 1st.
