
Terre Haute, In. – Late Tuesday the Terre Haute Fire Department responded to a residential fire at 3117 North 22nd Street. When they arrived, external smoke was visible, and they found the fire was contained to the kitchen of the home. They were able to extinguish it quickly. The damage was extensive enough that the resident was not able to stay in the home. The Red Cross was called in and they provided support for the resident and his dog. The fire Department says the fire was electrical in nature.
