Vermillion County, In. – Vermillion County Circuit Court Judge Jill Wesch has announced that she is stepping down from the bench.  She says personal, health and family are the reasons she has decided to leave the bench. Her last day will be December 16.  Governor Holcomb will now have to appoint a new judge to take her place.
