Terre Haute, In. – If you drive on US 41/3rd Street in Terre Haute regularly expect to see a number of orange cones and construction workers this spring. INDOT has announced that the median construction project is set to begin this week with work scheduled to be finished around July 15. The entire project runs along US 41 between Hulman Street and Maple Avenue. The first phase of the project should allow some relief to drivers since crews will work primarily in the overnight hours of 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. between Hulman and Cherry Streets. Expect delays.
